CLARKSVILLE COMMUNITY GARDEN

The CCG is a community development program that helps families and individuals grow their own nutritious fruits and vegetables in their very own backyards. Our particular focus is on the low-income and disadvantaged.

We also assist schools, nursing homes, churches, and other organizations seeking to grow gardens for the overall improvement of their neighborhoods and community.

THE EDGE YOUTH

The Edge is our way of reaching the at-risk youth in Clarksville. In many ways, all of our young people are at risk, and because of that, our program is intentional about giving and equipping them with the life-skills and integrity needed to succeed in the world.

The Edge stresses the importance of social service programs, personal responsibility, and a commitment to integrity and hard work.

THE CLARKSVILLE FOOD PROJECT

The Clarksville Food Project is an intensive agricultural internship program for teenagers. We bring together young people from diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds and pay them to work side-by-side cultivating their own garden and managing their own agri-businesses.

The rewards are tremendous as differences are understood, barriers overcome, and a generation of leaders and team builders are prepared for tomorrow.
